Overview:

A leading General Contractor seeks experienced Quanity Surveyor / Construction Estimator in the Vancouver area.





















Responsibilities:

Construction Estimator duties include preparation of competitive job estimates by reviewing drawings and bid documents, performing take offs for labor, equipment and materials, soliciting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers and attending pre-bid meetings for specific projects


Excellent documentation and communication skills are required. Minimum 5 years experience, a Civil Engineering Degree and knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid, CADD software and Microsoft Office software is preferred.





Compensation:

$100K +
