Overview:

Our client, a leader in the shipping industry, is looking for an experienced account executive with a proven sales track record.

Responsibilities:

- Contact identified potential customers by telephone and make appointments for sales presentations





- Prepare presentations by identifying client needs and matching to services





- Make presentations to potential customers explaining services, policies, procedures, and charges





- Offer discounts based on revenue expected from account to ensure sound business decision in regards to yield and credit





- Maintain records and reports





- Contact existing customers to maintain working relationships and develop business





- Handle customer service problem complaints and coordinate resolution





- Maintains current knowledge of related goals, objectives, processes & procedures, and sales & marketing techniques





- Accountable for identification and closing of specific targets





- Accountable for attainment of goals and specific call level and appointments

Compensation:

$45 - 50K base + uncapped commission. TI $75K+

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent


- Minimum 2 years Industrial Sales experience


- Must be self motivated


- ability to organize and prioritize large amounts of information


- strong verbal and oral communication skills


- strong presentation, human relations, and negotiation skills
