Responsibilities:
Regional Sales Manager - Toronto, Ontario
Role:
• Implementation of sales plans to ensure achievement of agreed objectives and sales targets within a pre-defined region.
• Manage sales functions and outputs to ensure that all sales aspects are effectively maximized to achieve regional and corporate sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for achieving regional sales budgets and sales
• Responsible for conducting ongoing comprehensive product training to all sales outlets/distributors and sales agency staff.
• Monitor and analyze field sales reports, interpret results and take corrective action to achieve sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial through wholesale markets.
• Lead, direct, and manage manufacturer’s representatives in accordance with the strategies and tactics of the region.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with distributors and sales outlets.
• Responsible for promotion of product range at various trade shows.
• Resolve customer complaints and assist technical service with problem resolution.
• Assist in recruitment and selection of sales agency staff.
• Embrace and support growing business demands in a changing environment.
• Various local marketing projects and suggestions as requested
• Awareness and Compliance of company policies and procedures.
• Extensive travel required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of five years of sales and sales management experience.
Skills:
• Understanding of the changing marketplace and ability to adapt to change.
• Positive sales oriented personality
• Strong Team Player
Abilities:
• Ability to manage a diverse Manufacturer Representative sales team
• Relationship Building
• Solid work ethics( ability to work alone under distant supervision)
$80-85K base, $7500/ yr CA
Compensation:
80-85K
