Responsibilities:

• Provides Operational Excellence leadership in assigned zone. Ensures Retailer targets are met, ensures Retailer compliance with all safety, environmental, and site/personnel security requirements.

• Accountable for meeting site and zone Net Operating Income plans. Responsible for execution of pricing, field merchandising, product offerings, food service, and customer service levels in assigned zone.

• Manages all aspects of Retailer relationship and results including hiring, training, performance planning, and variable pay. Provides ongoing coaching to develop Retailer leadership and operational competencies.

• Provides site level profitability counseling to Retailers and ensures linkage to the business plan through development and monitoring of site-level business plans. Monitors and ensures Retailer businesses are financially sound investment and revenue streams are protected.

• Ensures compliance with all image and service standards to ensure correct brand representation and compliance with brand agreements.

Selection Criteria:

• Operational Excellence - Demonstrated commitment to operating with excellence, ability to lead OE initiatives focused on safety, environmental, and performance. Must have safe driving record.

• Leadership – Demonstrated ability to develop action plans and set high performance standards to achieve goals. Has taken an active role in leading, coaching, and supporting team members in managing operations, maintaining a strong customer focus, and achieving results.

• Relationship Building/Teamwork – Strong interpersonal skills, builds and maintains professional business relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment to achieve team goals and objectives.

• Communication – Communicates in a clear, concise manner using various methods (conference call, presentations, email/web).

• Initiative – Is self-motivated, visibly drives for results in all matters, and is able to travel and work independently. Demonstrated ability to support, communicate, and implement change, able to manage multiple priorities and to modify priorities as business conditions change.

• Business and Financial Analytical Skills - Applies a risk based approach in making business decisions, is comfortable making decisions with less than 100% information and some uncertainty, commensurate with the level of risk. Ability to analyze financial data and develop action plans for improving results.

• Knowledge and understanding of branded Retail and merchandising processes and programs
