• Create new clients through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
• Manage a portfolio of clients to maximize client satisfaction, retention and profitability.
• Implement programs to increase revenues and profits by maintaining existing clients and creating new clients.
• Perform internal business reviews to measure and improve client profitability.
• Liaison with all other departments as necessary, demonstrating leadership and promoting the company’s Core Values.
• Be a “Brand Ambassador” promoting the benefits of the company’s products and services at trade shows, special events and in the community.
• Other responsibilities, tasks, and projects as assigned by the Sales Manager
What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
• 2-5 years or more of related sales, business development or account management experience.
• Professionalism, business acumen, and excellent business communication skills (both written and oral).
• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.
• Record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and profit goals.
• Strong negotiating skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills.
• A desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Sales experience to designers, engineers, contractors, plumbing wholesalers or foodservice clients would be an asset.
Compensation:
50k
