Responsibilities:
Our client,a dynamic company that embraces creative thinking and employee development is offering an excellent opportunity for a District Manager. We are searching for an experienced individual to direct management and profit and loss for branches with in a specific region.The Regional Manager will be dedicated to meeting the equipment needs of the construction industry, industrial companies, and homeowners of a particular area. Responsibilities will include:• Assisting in establishing financial goals for all branches in a specific district• Coordinating and overseeing district sales efforts and business incentives• Establishing criteria for effective operations• Create tracking practices and procedures, and monitor tracking program to ensure maximum development of business potential by branch managers• Provide branch managers with necessary tools to help them maximize revenues and branch profitability• Maintain an internal corporate reporting system relating to product application and function to provide timely and useful information to branch offices • Ensure safety measures are followed.We pride ourselves on our entrepreneurial spirit, standing as an industry leader, and an aggressive growth strategy-come join our team!
Job Requirements : To be qualified, candidates must have 7-10 years of successful business management experience, with knowledge of business accounting principals, budget preparation, and strong business acumen, and 5 years of supervisory experience. We also look for knowledge and experience in the construction equipment industry, the ability to travel 30% of the time, Microsoft office application understandings, sales and customer service experience, and effective leaderships/communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and valid driver’s licenses is required
