Responsibilities:
Take an active role in managing & growing a dedicated sales territory that includes a large, pre-existing customer base
Provide product solutions utilizing our 476-page catalog & over 20,000 items to various customers
Prospect & develop new, exciting business relationships
Collaborate with customers to bring them unique ideas & solutions plus provide exceptional customer service & professionalism throughout the sales experience
2+ years Outside Sales experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving & presentation skills a must
Overnight travel is required
Bachelor's degree required

Compensation:
$50-60 base + bonus
Requirements:
There are 3 bonuses: 1) Profit Sharing bonus (based on company performance), 2) Performance bonus (based on employee's performance, 3) Sales Bonus (if the company hits their weekly sales target by end of day Friday, than all employees receive $100 cash on Monday morning).
Benefits come after 1 month (standard package), RRSP comes after one month (4% match, vested immediately). Car allowance (monthly) amount is yet to be determined since this is a new territory for us. There is also a DSL and cell phone allowance on a monthly basis.
